On or immediately after the Japanese release (expected January 2027), from UK stock, in the order pre-orders were placed. You pay at checkout and the price is locked at that point.
Can I cancel a pre-order?

Do I pay import duty?
Not in the UK. Stock is held in the UK and dispatched domestically, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Orders to the EU and elsewhere leave the UK, so your country may charge import VAT, duty or carrier fees on delivery.
