Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: Booster boxes, booster packs, special sets, and other sealed products must be returned in their original, factory-sealed condition. The plastic wrap or official seals must be intact.
  • Single Cards & Pre-Orders: Single cards, unless they are damaged or incorrectly shipped, are generally non-returnable due to the speculative nature of their value and to prevent "box searching" returns. Please see section 6 for pre-order specifics.
  • Condition: All items must be in the same pristine condition you received them, unplayed and unused, in their original packaging (including any inner sleeves, toploaders, or boxes).
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@japanesetcgsupply.co.uk with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and guide you through the process.

Important: Do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns that arrive without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your orders. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@japanesetcgsupply.co.uk. Please include photos/videos clearly showing the issue and the packaging. We will promptly evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement, refund, or partial compensation.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For the protection of all customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or Searched Sealed Product: Any booster pack, box, or display where the original factory seal is broken.
  • Single Cards (as described in section 2).
  • Clearance or Sale Items.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Any product that shows signs of play, wear, or tampering.

6. Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order prices are secured at the point of purchase. Pre-ordered items are considered final sale once payment is processed, as we allocate inventory based on pre-orders. Cancellations or modifications to pre-orders must be requested before the item's official release date, subject to our discretion.

7. Refunds (If Approved)
Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end. It may then take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Missing Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it in your account, please contact us at support@japanesetcgsupply.co.uk.

8. European Union Customers & 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union (EU), you have a legal right to cancel your contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. The standard eligibility conditions above (unopened/sealed, in original condition) still apply.

9. Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to follow the return process above. Once your return is received and approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
