1. Order Handling Time
All orders are handled within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- What is Handling Time? This is the time required to pick, prepare, and pack your order securely. For high-value singles or large orders, this includes extra protective packing measures.
- Potential Delays: During major product releases, promotional sales, or peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is anticipated.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items will ship on or immediately after the official release date. Processing time begins from that date.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carrier Partners
We are proud to ship worldwide from the UK.
- Primary Carrier: Royal Mail (for UK & International)
- Premium/Heavy Orders: DHL, DPD, or UPS may be used for higher-value international parcels or express services.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to countries under UK or international trade sanctions. We reserve the right to cancel orders to regions where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times (Transit time)
Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date and are provided by the carrier. They are not guaranteed delivery dates and do not include processing time.

4. Order Tracking & Dispatch
You will receive a "Your Order Has Shipped" email once your parcel is handed to the carrier. This email will contain:
- Your tracking number.
- A direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
- You can also view tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
5. Import Taxes, Duties & Customs (International Orders)
- Customer Responsibility: For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you (the customer) are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees imposed by your country.
- Declaration: We are legally required to declare the full commercial value of the contents on the customs form. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or understate their value.
- Advice: Please contact your local customs authority to understand potential charges before ordering.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- "Delivered" Packages: We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you haven't received your parcel, please first check with neighbours, your building's reception, and your local post office. Subsequently, you must file a report with the local carrier office and/or police, as necessary.
- Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no progress for an extended period (e.g., 10+ business days for international), contact us at support@japanesetcgsupply.co.uk. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Items: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the contents are damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours at support@japanesetcgsupply.co.uk with clear photographs of:
- The external shipping box/packaging.
- The internal packing materials.

We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy & Changes
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect address.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your address, email us immediately at support@japanesetcgsupply.co.uk. If your order has not been processed, we will update it. We cannot change the address or redirect a package after it has been dispatched.
8. Returns Shipping Address
Please do not send returns to our business address.
All returns must be pre-authorised. Once a return is approved, we will provide a specific returns address and instructions. Unauthorised returns sent to our business address may be refused or significantly delayed.
