The Pokemon Old Maid Super High Tension Red and Blue Card Game Babanuki JP are two separate, limited-edition card decks from the Pokémon Center in Japan based on the classic "Old Maid" game. They feature unique artwork and optional special rules for added fun.

- Game Type: The game is a Pokémon-themed version of the traditional "Old Maid" card game, known as Babanuki in Japan.
- Objective: The goal is to avoid being the player left with the single "Old Maid" (Baba) card (Gengar in the red deck, Koffing in the blue deck) after all other cards have been matched into pairs and discarded.

Decks: There are two main versions:
- The Red Deck (released in May 2019) is the original version.
- The Blue Deck (released in August 2023), titled "Super High Tension," introduces additional interactive "special play cards" and rules, such as having to shout the Pokémon's voice when a card is pulled.
- Artwork: The cards feature unique, exclusive illustrations of first-generation Pokémon by Koichi Oyama, one of the original designers of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, which are not found in the standard TCG.
- Language: All text on the cards and packaging is in Japanese, but English instruction manuals are often included by sellers.
- Players: The game is designed for 2-8 players
