Pre-Order FAQ
How do pre-orders work?
You pay at checkout and the price is locked. Pre-orders ship from UK stock on or immediately after the Japanese release date, in the order they were placed.
When will my pre-order ship?
On or immediately after the Japanese release date shown on each listing. If a date moves, we update the listing and email pre-order customers.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Contact us before the official release date. Full terms are in our refund policy.
Why do some release dates say expected?
We only state a date as confirmed once Bandai publishes it. Until then, listings show the date reported by Japanese retailers, marked as expected.
Do UK buyers pay import duty?
No. Everything ships from UK stock, so there are no import charges on UK orders. UK Standard delivery is free; EU and international buyers may pay local import charges on arrival.
