Promos FAQ
- Where do your promo cards come from?
- Japanese events, magazines, venues and Pokémon Center stores, sourced through official channels in Japan.
- Are promo packs random?
- Some are. The ROUND1 Promotion Pack contains one random card from ten. Single promo cards are exactly the card listed. See box, promo pack or single card.
- Can I return a single promo card?
- Single cards are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if there is a problem.
- Do UK buyers pay import duty?
- No. Everything ships from UK stock, so there are no import charges on UK orders. UK Standard delivery is free; EU and international buyers may pay local import charges on arrival.
