Japanese TCG Supply is a UK-based retailer of Japanese trading card games. We sell sealed Japanese One Piece Card Game and Pokémon TCG products, including booster boxes, Premium Card Collections, event promos and pre-orders, sourced from official distributors in Japan and Korea. Because stock is held in the UK, UK buyers pay no import charges and get free standard delivery.

The Japanese card market has a real counterfeit problem: fake sealed product, resealed boxes and grey-market stock. Our stock comes only from official sources in Japan and Korea: licensed distributors, authorised retailers and direct manufacturer relationships. We do not buy from third-party resellers or unknown sources, and every booster box, promo and exclusive we sell has a verified chain of origin.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from the UK. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays); orders placed before 1pm UK time can go out the same day. During major releases dispatch can take 3–5 business days, and we will email you if so.

Is Japanese TCG Supply a genuine UK store?
Yes. Japanese TCG Supply is a UK-based retailer of Japanese trading card games, operating from London and shipping from UK stock. We sell Japanese One Piece Card Game and Pokémon TCG products, plus Korean and Chinese releases, to collectors, players and card shops.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced from official channels in Japan and Korea: licensed distributors, authorised retailers and direct manufacturer relationships. We do not buy from third-party resellers, and we do not sell counterfeit, resealed or grey-market product. If we can't verify where it came from, we don't stock it.
Where do you ship from?
From the United Kingdom. Stock is held in the UK and dispatched domestically, so UK orders never go through customs.
How much is UK shipping, and how long does it take?
UK Standard shipping is free and takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. UK Express is £4.99. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; orders placed before 1pm UK time can go out the same day.
Will I pay import duty or customs charges?
Not if you are in the UK. Because we ship from UK stock, there are no import charges on UK orders. Orders to the EU and the rest of the world leave the UK, so your country may charge import VAT, duty or carrier handling fees on arrival. Those charges are set by your country and payable by you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to more than 40 countries. EU shipping is £14.99 (2–7 business days). Rest-of-world shipping, including the US, Canada and Australia, is £19.99 (US: 3–17 business days). All international parcels are tracked.
How do pre-orders work?
You pay at checkout and the price is locked at that point. Pre-orders ship on or immediately after the official release date, in the order they were placed. If you need to cancel, contact us before the official release date. Full terms are in our refund policy.
What is your returns policy?
Factory-sealed product can be returned within 30 days of delivery if the seal is intact and it is in its original condition. Opened or searched product and single cards are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us before sending anything back so we can authorise the return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, the packing and the product. We will arrange a replacement, refund or partial credit.
Do you price match?
Yes. If a legitimate, verifiable seller lists the same sealed product for less, contact us and we will match it.
Do you sell Japanese or English cards?
Mainly Japanese-language product, which is what we specialise in. We also list selected English-language pre-orders and Korean and Chinese releases, and every listing states its language in the title.
Do you supply shops and resellers?
Yes. We supply card shops, eBay sellers and Whatnot streamers with sealed Japanese product. Email us to discuss wholesale pricing and regular supply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna, among others, all through Shopify's secure checkout.
