OP-14 "The Azure Sea's Seven": The Seven Warlords of the Sea – Complete Japanese Set Guide
OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED: NOVEMBER 22, 2025 (JAPAN)
The Warlords Era Begins. Bandai has officially unveiled OP-14, a complete booster set dedicated entirely to the Seven Warlords of the Sea. Featuring seven brand-new Leader cards, faction-specific mechanics, and a Super Alternate Art Dracule Mihawk, this is the most faction-focused set in One Piece Card Game history.
📋 Set Overview
OP-14 Specifications
Faction Focus
OP-14 introduces the "Warlord Alliance" mechanic—cards that gain additional effects when you control multiple Warlord characters or your Leader is a Warlord. This is the first set designed around cross-faction synergy within a single governmental group.
Expected Impact: Warlord decks will be highly customizable, allowing players to mix different Warlord crews (Donquixote, Baroque Works, Sun Pirates, etc.) under a single Warlord Leader.
⚔️ THE SEVEN WARLORDS: COMPLETE LEADER LINEUP
For the first time in OPCG history, all seven original Warlords receive dedicated Leader cards in a single set. Each features unique mechanics reflecting their fighting styles and crew affiliations.
Trafalgar Law
Collector Note: Law's first Warlord-era Leader card. His original Warlord design (post-Marineford) has never been printed as a Leader.
Dracule Mihawk
Collector Note: Mihawk is the Super Alternate Art card for OP-14. This will be the definitive Mihawk collector card.
Jinbe
Collector Note: Jinbe's first dedicated Leader card. His Warlord era design with Sun Pirates affiliation.
Boa Hancock
Collector Note: Boa's second Leader card (first was ST-06), but first depicting her as a Warlord of the Sea.
Donquixote Doflamingo
Collector Note: Doflamingo's second Leader card (first was OP-02), but with updated artwork and Warlord-focused ability.
Crocodile
Collector Note: Crocodile's first dedicated Warlord-era Leader card. Classic Alabasta arc design.
Gecko Moria
Collector Note: Moria's first-ever Leader card. Highly anticipated for fans of Thriller Bark arc.
THE SUPER ALTERNATE ART: DRACULE MIHAWK
Dracule Mihawk
The World's Greatest Swordsman
Official Description: "The super alternate art card of this set is Dracule Mihawk. Add this specially designed card to your collection!"
Why This Card Will Be Massive:
- Mihawk is the first Warlord to receive Super Alternate Art treatment
- The only Super Alternate Art confirmed for OP-14
- Mihawk's popularity as a fan-favorite character
- First major alternate art for Mihawk in OPCG history
- Expected to feature premium foiling and textured surface (Japanese exclusive)
Pull Rate Estimate: 1 per 2-3 cases (similar to previous Super Alternate Art cards)
🎴 GOD PACK STATUS: UNCONFIRMED
Bandai has not yet confirmed or denied God Packs for OP-14. However, given that OP-07, OP-08, OP-09, OP-10, and OP-11 all featured Japanese-exclusive God Packs, it is highly likely that OP-14 will continue this trend.
📌 Our Prediction: If God Packs are included, they will feature ALL SEVEN Warlord Leaders in premium manga-rare style or a complete set of Warlord SP cards. This would be the first "Complete Faction" God Pack and instantly become one of the most valuable sealed pulls in OPCG history.
🇯🇵 JAPANESE EXCLUSIVE FEATURES (CONFIRMED & EXPECTED)
Confirmed: Japanese-Exclusive Cardstock & Foiling
As with all Japanese OPCG releases, OP-14 will feature:
- Premium cardstock: Thicker, more rigid, blue core layer
- Silver borders: All Japanese OPCG cards have silver borders vs. English yellow borders
- Enhanced foiling: Japanese foiling patterns are more intricate and vibrant
- Superior centering: Stricter Japanese quality control standards
Expected: Japanese-Exclusive God Packs
Based on the pattern of OP-07 through OP-11, we expect OP-14 to feature Japanese-exclusive God Packs containing:
- Option A: All seven Warlord Leaders as manga-style rares in one pack
- Option B: Complete set of Warlord SP cards
- Option C: Dual God Pack featuring Mihawk and another Warlord
We will update this guide immediately upon official confirmation.

Key Risks: High initial demand may inflate launch prices. Recommend securing pre-orders early.
Opportunity: SAA Mihawk is positioned to become the definitive Mihawk collector card, similar to PRB-01 Gear 5 Luffy.
