OP-14 introduces the "Warlord Alliance" mechanic—cards that gain additional effects when you control multiple Warlord characters or your Leader is a Warlord. This is the first set designed around cross-faction synergy within a single governmental group.

Bandai has not yet confirmed or denied God Packs for OP-14. However, given that OP-07, OP-08, OP-09, OP-10, and OP-11 all featured Japanese-exclusive God Packs, it is highly likely that OP-14 will continue this trend.
