Promos FAQ
Where do your promo cards come from?
Japanese events, magazines, venues and Pokémon Center stores, sourced through official channels in Japan.
Are promo packs random?
Some are. The ROUND1 Promotion Pack contains one random card from ten. Single promo cards are exactly the card listed. See box, promo pack or single card.
Can I return a single promo card?
Single cards are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if there is a problem.
Do UK buyers pay import duty?
No. Everything ships from UK stock, so there are no import charges on UK orders. UK Standard delivery is free; EU and international buyers may pay local import charges on arrival.
